Alissa Brewer

Alissa manages worship music, plays the organ, and directs and choirs at St. Vincent’s.

Alissa grew up in Arlington, TX, and graduated from Nolan Catholic High School. She attended Texas Christian University and earned a Bachelor of Music in Church Music in 2012 and went on to Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University to obtain a Master of Sacred Music degree in 2015.

Alissa began playing chapel services for St. Vincent’s School in 2012 and joined the Cathedral staff as Organist in 2013 and eventually Music Director in 2014. Alissa enjoys her new passions of cooking and running, and spending time with her husband and dog.
