Dinner With the Dean
Dinner with the Dean is a fun evening dinner auction.
It is usually scheduled some time after Lent, in April or May. The funds go to the Dean’s discretionary fund. Typically, the funds are used to reimburse summer mission trips as needed. The remainder of the funds are used at the Dean’s discretion.
It is an evening for adults 21 and older. There is a silent auction, live auction, a wine pull, and sometimes a raffle. The silent auction and some of the live auction items are solicited from local businesses by our parishioners. There are usually ten famously delicious homemade desserts that are part of the live auction. Information on soliciting items and volunteering to make desserts will go out a month before the Dinner with the Dean is scheduled.
There will be several ways to participate in this event. Look for a sign-up sheet. Tickets will go on sale two weeks before the event.
