The FC is charged with the responsibility of developing the budget for the upcoming year and administration of the funds so budgeted. All matter discussed in the FC are subject to approval by the entire membership of the Vestry prior to being dispersed. The Dean is the overseer of all matters pertaining to workings of the Vestry.
